Native to Angola, this succulent species is part of the Asparagaceae family and is celebrated for its architectural appeal and remarkable drought tolerance.
Unlike traditional upright Sansevierias, boncel Variegata features short, thick, fan-like cylindrical leaves that radiate outward in a symmetrical rosette. Each leaf is patterned with soft bands of green and grey, interspersed with creamy-yellow variegation that adds contrast and luminosity. Mature plants may produce slender flower spikes with clusters of small, fragrant white blossoms during the warmer months.
