Ilex crenata Jenny is a compact, slow-growing Japanese holly with small, glossy green evergreen leaves, ideal for neat low hedges, edging and clipped shapes, and well suited to containers. Grow in moderately fertile, moist but well-drained neutral to acidic soil (avoid chalk) in sun or light shade; fully hardy and easy to trim for formal designs.
