Native to West Africa and belonging to the Asparagaceae family, it has been cherished for generations for its upright form, striking foliage, and near-indestructible nature.
The plants signature feature is its tall, sword-shaped leaves, which grow in a bold vertical rosette. Each leaf is a deep green with irregular horizontal striping in grey-green tones, framed by distinctive golden-yellow margins. Mature plants can reach 90120 cm in height, forming dense clumps that bring a strong architectural presence to any space.
Sansevieria Laurentii is not only ornamental but also functional: it is highly tolerant of neglect, adapting to a wide range of light and water conditions. It is also valued for its air-purifying qualities, removing toxins such as benzene and formaldehyde from the air, making it both stylish and beneficial for homes and offices.
