Begonias are large-flowered tuberous perennials, often grown as annuals in window boxes and baskets. Boliviensis ‘White tikle tree’ is a trailing variety with drooping, single,white flowers in summer and autumn.

Plant the tubers in Spring, hollow side up in free-draining compost. Plant out when the last frosts. If you would like to keep your bulbs from one year to another, lift your bulbs in Autumn and let them dry before storing them.
