Parsley

Parsley is a very popular cooking herb and it is used to garnish and flavour lots of different dishes. It can be used in herb vinaigrette dressings, parsley pesto and salads such as Tabbouleh.Plant in fertile, well-drained soil in full sun to partial shade. It is also perfect for planting in a garden container or in a pot on your windowsill. Keep well watered until established. Fertilizing the soil is not necessary. Cut off flower stalks to encourage continued growth. Harvest the parsley by cutting off the stem at the base of the plant. The plant can grow to 30 cm high.
